Cancellation of order
You can cancel an order until the moment it is dispatched. The dispatch is realized when we send you the corresponding informative e-mail containing your order's acceptance and shipment notification.

Receiving from the store
On request through telephone understanding, you can receive your order personally at the Fagotto Editions' store that better suits you Fagotto.
Through mail
A. With regular mail you will receive your order in 3-4 working days at the address you have indicated in the order form. The cost is €2,10 (concerning the cash on delivery) + the dispatch expenses that vary according to the weight of your order.
B. With express mail in about 2 days and it has an extra cost of €1,70
OUTSIDE GREECE
Through mail
Α. With regular mail you will receive the order at your local mail office. Payment is done through cash on delivery. The cost is €2,10 (concerning the cash on delivery) + the dispatch expenses that vary according to the weight of your order.
Β. With regular mail you will receive your order at the address you specify. Payment is done through bank transference to the account:

Payment is done prior to the shipment. The order will be dispatched once you have indicated us the payment data, through e-mail, telephone or fax.
Γ. With express mail and an extra cost of €2,00.
